Camden Depot, a unique property in the heart of the downtown Charleston peninsula, was constructed in the mid-1800’s by the South Carolina Railroad Company.

Patrick Price. represented the Landlord who completed an extensive, multimillion-dollar renovation on the property. The building had such significance that it is now a Railroad Structures National Historic Landmark. Patrick secured a tenant with two separate restaurant concepts, plus event space.
